Team members will work a full time job (40 hours a week)at the YMCA and participate in weekly bible studies, evangelism, discipleship, ministry training, fellowship, program fun and other activities throughout the week. These opportunities create an ideal environment for students to grow deeply in their relationship with Christ as well as develop ministry skills, leadership qualities and habits that will enable them to labor for a life time. Using the gifts God has given them no matter what community or life circumstances they may find themselves in after college. STP gives them a "real world" taste of working a full time job and still activily grow in their faith and share it with others.
