Team Leaders are the pace setters the program!  As a team leader, you will be paired with
3-5 student team members.
Leading their Bible study, providing quality one-on-one discipleship, and pace-setting in the areas of evangelism, spiritual disciplines & growing in knowledge and love for Jesus and His Kingdom and developing disciple making culture and life long habits!

Team Leaders will work 20 hours weekly as YMCA staff, in exchange for room and board.

Because they will not receive any further compensation from the YMCA, their program cost is reduced to $1100* Does not include travel to/from program. 
 

*Team Leaders will be expected to arrive a few days earlier than posted start date, for Team leader orientation and training.
